default state

The fourth transmission.

A pulse behind the noise. A thought you had once, but can’t quite place.

Default State is what’s left when the illusion fades. When the emotion drains, and the loop resets.

It’s mechanical but aching: built from fragile synths, detuned tape fragments, and a rhythm that keeps moving because it doesn’t know what else to do.

Written in the heat of watching the world fall apart and feeling… strangely nothing. Not despair. Not hope. Just a system rebooting.

This is the last release before the album arrives this autumn.
